Step #1:  Simplify The System

Never in history of the internet has it been so simple to set up a series of webpages that will hand walk your prospects through a clear and deliberate sales process....

If you have a product or service that can be wrapped up with a beautiful price tag of over $3k, a system like this will work quite well for you.

The other type of business this works well for is professional services, whether that be HVAC, Carpet Cleaning, or even building funnels for someone, or running an online agency where you might write sales copy for another business with a $10k price tag. 

(yea, people do that)....

Oh, and one more requirement to using a system like this:

You need to have a CLEAR RESULT that the potential client can see and attain after receiving services.

Are they going to find the love of their life, get married, have lots of children, and get the job of their dreams?

Are they going to cure themselves of cancer and go onto live the life they always thought possible?

Think of a bleeding neck, life altering, problem that can only be fixed by some of the highest up, most intelligent beings on planet earth...

Yup, that's you - YOU are going to be that highly intelligent person that's going to bring clear, life changing results to your prospect.

And if you don't believe it, you better start believin!

REGISTRATION PAGE ==>  WATCH WEBINAR ==>  APPLY ==>  CALL ==>  SALE


THE SYSTEM (FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PROVIDERS):

EXPLAINER VIDEO ==>  SCHEDULE CALL ==>  CALL  ==>  SALE
The basic idea of this system is that you are always building lists and contacts, segmenting them, and keeping them warm...

But through the initial marketing process, you gather their names and email addresses, and you drive them DIRECTLY into a webinar (or an authoritative sales) process....

This isn't as complicated as it sounds, don't worry.

Your webinar can be delivered live or it can be pre-recorded, but the idea behind either delivery method is the same:  You create authority that you wouldn't generally get elsewhere...    

Then offer to help them further by getting them on the phone (hence, changing the sales environment).
STEP #2:  Automate Your Lead Generation Processes

Once your system is in place, you can actually use it as your lead gen process or your first point of contact.   In some cases, I've actually heard of it called a "first touch".

When generating leads, you generally want to give something away, sometimes called a "lead magnet" in exchange for something, right?   

That something in most every case is an email address...

Well, if you have the ability to solve a serious problem and you can get your solution in front of the right target market, then you have a recipe for success....

Example:   Let's say you can help insecure young men overcome fear of women and rejection, date more, and get laid on demand....

You have a very clear objective and a very clear market.   If you can show your audience that you can help them get what they want and change their lives in the process, then why wouldn't they give you an email in exchange for that type of information?

For whatever market you are in, you need to come up with the exact same thing...    a very clear market, and a very clear (and big) problem that you just happen to have the solution to.

Properly voice that you have a solution to their big problem in the format of an online headline, and you will get registrations.    Registrations are email addresses....

See?   It's that simple!

All the extra crap you see on most registration pages is hardly ever needed.

Headlines will do 80% of the heavy lifting for you.   Bullets do the rest....    Pics and bio's hardly do anything....

People just want to see (and believe) that you have the solution to their problem, and they'll be all over it....

Use a headline formula like this, it will make life quite simplistic:
How To Get [The Incredibly Good] Without [The Incredibly Bad] (Even If [Fill In Their Favorite Excuse])...

So a good example based on the dating piece I used above would be:

How To Date The Hottest Super Models Without Being Rejected And Embarrassed In Front Of All Your Friends (Even If You're Bald, Overweight, Or Too Old)...
Take note of the headline in the example given above...   granted this is a cleaned up version I use for one of my templates, it still uses the formula I referred to earlier.

Once you start sending some traffic to your new registration page, you have a formula for list building success....

And never stop doing this - you ALWAYS want to continue building your list.

I know it sounds expensive and such a hassle, but omg, please do not blow this off!    If you want to build a sustainable business, this is the most important thing you can do - this is where the faucet handle lies when it comes to traffic flow....     

Always be running ads or driving traffic in some way, shape, form, or another.   

If you stop, that's okay, so will your client flow.   

Just sayin....
Step 3:  Be The Authority

There's a big surprise, right?

What's authority?   How do you get it?    Why does it matter?

Well, let's think about this for a minute...   if some random guy on Facebook came to you and said they could help you change your life and left you zero reason to believe that he had any authority what-so-ever, would you give him or her money?   

Does he have results?   Does he have a certificate?   Some letters behind his name?   

Let's talk about your teacher in 3rd grade....   or any grade for that matter...

Why do you sit down when they tell you to sit down?   

Because they have a platform...    They own the stage, and when they own the stage, they kind of own you.

If the tell you to stand up and jump up and down, what do you do?

You do it!

It's strange, but unless you have an issue with authority, you probably do the things you are told to do by the guy in charge....

So what you need to do here is this:

Position yourself in a way that gives you max authority...

In this high ticket system that I am laying out here, we are dealing mostly with cold traffic, or people who have no idea who you are....

In other words, you are the random guy on the internet...

First thing on your lineup of things to do should be:

#1:  Hit them with an awesome and powerful headline!

and

#2:  Show them you can get results by PROVING it to them.

Here's what you are going to learn...

Lay it all out...   

You can do this in the form of a webinar, a video sales letter, a short explainer video...

There are a few ways to make all this happen, but for cold traffic, or people who have zero idea who you are, IT MUST HAPPEN.
The Moral Of The Story:   Create The Best Authority Building Webinar You Can Possibly Think Of, And Get It In Front Of Your New Leads To Immediately Position Yourself As The Goto Authority In Your Market
Step 4:  Takeaway Selling

Takeaway selling?   What the heck is that?

I'll be honest, when I first heard the concept, I had to look it up on Google as well because it wasn't exactly well explained to me when I first heard about it.

Turns out it's all about making your prospects have to apply for your attention...

Instead of just being available at your prospects beckon call, and having a phone number that can be reached 24/7 (even while you are sleeping), you make yourself a little less available, and make them apply to work with you.

Using the system we laid out, a "takeaway" selling system can be setup quite simply with a call scheduler and a form maker software program.

You add some simple questions to your "questionnaire", and use your authoritative webinar to drive highly qualified traffic to your call scheduler....

ScheduleOnce or Calendly are good programs to use for your scheduler, they can be embedded into your web pages, and allow for custom redirected URL's...

Redirect your scheduler to your form maker, and redirect your form maker program (something like Wufoo) to your custom thank you page.

(don't worry, it's not as hard as it sounds)...

Add in a notification feature so when someone schedules a call or fills out your application, you are notified immediately. 

My favorite feature about ScheduleOnce is that it integrates with my iCalendar and sends out custom text messages to remind my prospects that there is a call coming up! 
A prospect that watches my webinar and goes through this takeaway selling prospect is highly qualified and most times, ready to buy something.

They are hurting, they have a pain and they need help getting their problems solved quickly and efficiently.

Even if that means spending a few thousand dollars to get the solution.

That's why it's called a "bleeding neck".

So in short - don't be too available. Get your prospects to apply to work with you, and add this ability into your automated lead gen process.

Something to think about.... everything we've talked about up to here can be automated.   

Once the system is setup, which takes a wee bit of work, it will actually run on it's own...

The ads, the webinar, the delivery, the call scheduling, the application...

It's all hands off! You just have to build your system using the resources we've talked about here in this article. 
Step #5:   Change The Sales Environment

Do you know what the optimal price point is for a regular webinar?

It's anywhere from $500 to $2500.

$2500 if you are ON THE BALL with your sales messaging.

You can do the whole sale internally, never get on the phone, automate the whole production from ad to sale, and you could literally watch your bank account grow while playing video games and watching movies (as long as you watch your ads).

The goal?   Ensure you are making money than you are spending.  That's your metric.

But what about this whole "high ticket" thing?

What if you had 10 clients each month that paid you $5k for your service?   

10 clients isn't a bad load at all, and $5k/each is $50k/month!

Wow!   

This sounds fun and all, but the only way to sell that $5k program is 1), if you have a REALLY warm audience you are selling to, or 2) you get them on the phone!

In other words, you need to change the sales environment....

You will need to leave the comfort of your automated digital world, and actually talk to people one on one.

This is the hardest part for people to get their heads wrapped around, because it's scary as hell, let's call a spade a spade....

Nobody wants to do this part, but some people are REALLY good at it.

Which means you have 2 choices:   1) do the calls yourself and get good at it...    or 2) hire out the sales!
Keep in mind, your sales associates who are doing the selling FOR YOU will probably demand a good commission, like 20% to 50%.

So, up front, it would behoove of you to get good at what you are doing, first.

If you can buy a customer for $500 and make $5k, how often would you do that?

The answer? All Day Long!

Hell, even if you could buy a customer for $1000, how often would you do that?!  

Again, ALL DAY LONG!
Step #6:  Coaches High Ticket Solution To High Ticket Funnels

Doesn't this all sound simple?

The answer is probably, "not really"....  

What's so hard?  

Get people to register for a webinar presentation, ask them to schedule a call, get on the phone with them, and sell them your coaching service....

In a nutshell, that's really all that's going on....

BUT - from a technical standpoint, I've seen people pass out, they get migraines, and put online sales and lead gen out of the picture for life...

True stories, I've seen it all...

Even if I gave you the funnel system, it could still cause heartache and pain because the system itself still needs tech, it still needs URL's to be hyperlinked, it needs domains to be customized, hosting has to be hooked up properly, DNS entries added for the ESP's will work appropriately...    The pages have to optimized using the latest and greatest SEO strategies....

It's a nutroll, let me tell you...

Oddly, it's what I excel at in life (the tech stuff).

For most tech setups for a system like this I would easily charge over $10k (don't worry, i'm not setting up a sales pitch)...

Most people don't want to pay more than $5k (if that)...

I actually charge $2k to do all the setup, (normally done in a week if you have all your resources together)...

The closest I can get you to this system in a turn-key setup is by giving you two things:  1) the funnel, and 2) the instructions.

The funnels I use are proven by many successful high ticket coaches that have gone before us, and though the funnel itself isn't the most important piece, (it's the copy), getting the tech linked up isn't all that bad....

So you have two choices....
